As Uplass Ambalaj, we are aware of the environmental impact of plastics and carry out our production with this responsibility.

At our factory in Malatya, we meet all of our electricity needs from solar energy. Thanks to the renewable energy we produce ourselves, we reduce our carbon footprint and maintain an environmentally friendly and efficient production process. We view sustainability not just as a goal, but as a core principle adopted at every stage of production.

In line with our 10-year targets, we aim to further expand our use of renewable energy by installing solar energy systems at our Istanbul factory as well.

At Uplass Ambalaj, we believe that preserving natural resources is one of the fundamental elements of sustainable production. Accordingly, we utilize recycled raw materials (Recycled / R-PET) within our production processes.

Through the use of R-PET and recycled plastic raw materials, we ensure that plastic waste is reintegrated into the economy while simultaneously reducing our consumption of virgin raw materials.

This approach contributes to the more efficient use of resources while lowering our environmental impact. We view increasing the use of recycled raw materials as an integral part of our sustainability goals, and we produce with the philosophy of less waste, more responsibility.

At Uplass Ambalaj, we always keep food safety as our top priority. Accordingly, we do not allow recycled raw materials to come into direct contact with food.

In the production of food packaging, we utilize COEX (multi-layer extrusion) technology. This technology ensures that recycled raw materials are used only in the layers that do not touch the food, while the surfaces in direct contact with the food consist exclusively of virgin, food-grade raw materials.

Through this approach, we both support sustainability and provide reliable packaging solutions that comply with international food safety standards.
